The Campaign aims at spreading its ideas on websites, forums and groups with the aid of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve the Campaign goals with the most suitable and effective methods and techniques.
Propagating for the Campaign and interacting with the public should be done in a personal and friendly way. Through these websites, the correct concepts will be presented and the deviating ideas will be refuted. The discussion may be public or via personal e-mails but either way, we will focus on the religious content, observing the discourse ethics and taking into account the differences between our addressees.

• (25/12/1423 AH) In the beginning, the Campaign was based on individual efforts that tried to face concepts of immoderation and extremism which can be found all over Internet websites and forums. The team relies mainly on dialogue in refuting doubtful matters and exposing deviated ideas, while concentrating on presenting correct Islamic concepts.

• (30/3/1424 AH) Sheikh Saleh ibn Abd Al-'Aziz Aal Al-Sheikh (may Allah protect him), Minister of Islamic Affairs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, was informed about these modest individual efforts and he wished the matter was organized. So he drew the main plans and specified the starting point of an organized campaign with well-defined goals, various methods and measures that would take this idea and turn it into a serious and effective project.

• (15/6/1424 AH) 3 months after his Highness Sheikh Saleh ibn Abd Al-'Aziz Aal Al-Sheikh sponsored the idea and adapted it to be more effective, the first phase results, its main problems and the material published were presented to his Highness. He encouraged the team to launch an actual massive campaign based on scientific bases and technologies. The Campaign was proposed to enter an experimental period especially that the world of the Internet is so huge and diversified. Then started a period of measuring the efficiency of a group of methods, techniques and persons to find the best ways to achieve the highest gains in the shortest period.

• (1/2/1425 AH) The Campaign was officially launched after defining some general and specific goals, trying the most effective methods and training a group of posters on refuting doubtful matters and spreading correct concepts. All of this was done based on the data gathered in the experimental, observation, examination and training periods. His Highness Sheikh Saleh ibn Abd Al-'Aziz Aal Al-Sheikh (may Allah protect him) has agreed to launch it as an independent campaign under the supervision of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs.

• This favorable act of the Minister of Islamic Affairs had a positive effect on the Campaign and was an encouragement toward doing more consistent and concentrated work. His precise instructions and direct follow-up had the greatest effect on the continuation and spread of the Campaign. Allah, the Exalted and Ever Majestic, granted us success and facilitated for us the ways of protecting our creed, religion and country against trials.

• A group of proficient callers to Allah, seekers of knowledge and experts were dedicated to serve the Campaign in addition to a group of volunteers. This group adopted methods and developed departments, based on observation and study, until we achieved positive results, with the Aid of Allah, which will be detailed.

General Goals
1- Spreading the moderate ideology and firmly establishing its rules, measures and concepts.
2- Facing deviated ideas and ideologies which lead to violence and immoderation.
3- Raising a productive and well-balanced Islamic character that is positive and attentive.

Specific Goals
1- Spreading Islamic concepts and rules which establish the moderate ideology.
2- Refuting doubtful matters presented by those who adopt deviant ideologies.
3- Discussing the problematic issues and talking about them in moral and legal ways.
4- Confronting whoever spreads deviating ideas.
5- Strengthening concepts of loyalty and belonging.
6- Studying the reasons behind immoderation and deviation in all its forms: intellectual, social or psychological.
7- Offering counsels and logical solutions to the families that notice a deviated behavior from one of their sons, so as to solve the problem in the best way.
8- Observing, analyzing and studying the current intellectual movement.

Methods of Achieving the Goals
1- Focusing on the common doubtful matters and refuting them by raising the topics in different websites and conducting public conversations while paying special attention to personal conversations.
2- Talking with the youths, chatting with them through chatting programs, sending personal e-mails to them or discussing issues with them in chat rooms.
3- Sending e-mails clarifying the Campaign goals to Internet surfers, to act as a protection against deviating ideas.
4- Standing up to callers of deviating ideas, debating them in forums, refuting their proofs and exposing their lies.
5- Gathering, organizing and classifying the sermons of religious scholars and spreading them in the most suitable way on websites and forums.
6- Addressing the owners of the most popular websites and reaching a friendly protocol with them to stop stirring up or instigating tribulations, especially during these times.
7- Spreading links of audio sermons of scholars and callers which deal with important issues.

1- Supervision and Planning Department:
Its role is to draw the Campaign plans and to determine the scientific, administrative and discussion methods. It has a supervision role over what is done, to make sure the goals are achieved and to decide on the suitability of the methods adopted.

2- Observation Department:
This department watches forums, websites and chat rooms to spot deviating articles and ideas. It also observes whatever is published on the Internet that can achieve the Campaign goals.

3- Scientific Department:
This department raises the topics that serve the Campaign's goals on the Internet as well as being responsible for refuting, discussing and arguing. This is done by members who are scientifically and personally equipped to address the public and debate with others.

4- Publication Department:
The role of this department is to publish Fatwas, topics, counsels, designs, addresses or links whether to websites, topics or audio clips. They are published where they would be useful like in forums, chat rooms, groups…etc.

5- Designing Department:
The department puts different designs, presentations by Flash, Photoshop, and FrontPage programs in addition to designing signatures and logos. It prepares the Campaign's brochures and reports. Moreover it gets all the material from the Scientific Department.

6- The Social and Psychological Department:
The department is responsible for the counseling given to families and individuals who face the problem of immoderation or intellectual deviation. It raises ideas and topics in the social and psychological fields that serve the goals of the Campaign.

7- Internet Services Department:
This department provides different websites with the material and topics that serve the goals of the Campaign.

8- The PR and Media Department:
This department prepares media reports and works on publishing them in different mass media.
